Well, I started writing again.
It is going to be about a young man's journey to the Netherworld, and how it is very little like how the current religions believe it to be. It ties into a lot of other works that I have read, mainly on mysticism. My prior substance use also plays a role in describing some of the events. Mainly Manichaeism will provide the backdrop of the theme, although the book will warp it a bit.
On the whole, I'm glad that I am finally writing. It is very therapeutic. Not to mention that I feel like I'm actually producing something, as opposed to simply reading, where you are just gathering more information. That is all well and good, but eventually you have to write some things yourself. I personally feel that I have read enough to support my own work of art.
I'm not sure how to publish the work, though. I think that I might try to release it on Lulu.com, but I'm not positive if that is the right thing to do.
Other than that, I'm not doing much else. Just taking it easy.
