promenyI had the worst headache I ever had in my life last night. Simply standing up or sitting down made me feel like I was going to have a stroke; I had to lay in bed. And even that was painful; simply moving from side to side just aggravated it.
I don't know why it was that way. I've never felt that bad in my whole life. I still sort of have the headache now, but it is relatively mild.
In any case I met with my friend yesterday and read a part of the bible. That was good, for the most part. I also saw my brother off as he left for our old hometown in Oregon; he seemed to be in good spirits.
I just really hope that I don't experience that immense amount of pain again.
